FAVORITE PEOPLE

My husband, Daniel and I have three kids named Jayden, Silas, and Nova. They are challenging and wonderful. Our children have taught us what it means to be human, love with a heart fully open, and rediscover our world as with new eyes. Daniel is my biggest supporter and very best friend. He cheers me on, lets me take him on crazy adventures, and makes me laugh constantly. We have a small home space we converted into an office and studio where we spend alternating days so we can both work on our growing businesses while parenting our growing children.

FAVORITE PLACES

I love being in water. You can find me taking a dip in any lake, stream, or ocean I encounter no matter the temperature. I also love spending time in the National Parks. Several years ago our family lived on the road full time with two of our children while traveling the Western United States and Pacific Coast. That experience launched my love of the National Parks and now I plan our family vacations so we can go visit as many as possible.

FAVORITE THINGS

Homemade bread with butter and perfectly ripe watermelon are my very favorite foods anytime of day. Teal has been my go to color forever. I love painting in oils and drawing in Procreate. I am a thrill seeker who gets excited by roller coasters, rocky climbs, and new heights. I have a love of discovery whether it is experiencing a new place, meeting someone I have never met before, or trying something for the first time. Favorite forms of movement include ballroom and latin dancing, volleyball, swimming, hiking, and biking. I relish a drive alone with the windows down, and music turned up loud. My current favorite music artists include: Milky Chance, Vampire Weekend, Iron and Wine, Architecture in Helsinki, Parra for Cuva, The Lumineers, Psapp, and José Gonzalez
